Honoraria Payment process:
1. Before the speaker comes to class the faculty sponsor must fill out the preapproval eform.. We typically pay speakers $150/class session or $300 for formal workshops or work with multiple classes. Send this form to me for approval.
2. After the speaker comes to class, you must fill out the Honoraria Payment form and give it to Tori Talkington (email or paper copy ) . Please make sure to fill out every highlighted field and have the speaker sign at the bottom of the page. Please list if this is a remote speaker or if they will need a wire transfer. Note: Remote speakers cannot be recorded without a formal WWU contract.
