Eunice Segilola Akinrinade Scholarship for Law, Diversity and Justice, Human Rights Minor, or the Holocaust and Genocide Studies Minor
The Eunice Segilola Akinrinade Scholarship is a $2,000 scholarship for a student enrolled in the Law, Diversity and Justice (LDJ) Program (Concentration or Minor), or the Human Rights Minor, or the Holocaust and Genocide Studies (HGST) Minor. Preference is given to students with financial need.
Application Requirements
1. Write and submit an essay in which you describe your cultural or lived experiences that contribute to the learning environment for all students or the obstacles you have faced such as socioeconomic or educational disadvantages or disabilities.
Guidelines for Essay: Your essay should be between 500-750 words in length, double-space, using 12 point-font, and with 1-inch margins.
2. Write and submit a brief second essay in which you briefly explain your financial need.
Guidelines for Second Essay: Your second essay should be 250 words maximum, double-spaced, using 12 point-font, and with 1-inch margins.
3. Arrange one letter of recommendation to be sent on your behalf. Copy and send this link to the people writing your letters of recommendation.
