Course Description

This course covers important aspects of winter farm work, providing an opportunity for the cohort to discuss food, farming, sustainability, and methods for regenerating the environment while exploring the Outback campus farm. Hands-on experiences include seasonal tasks like pruning, inoculating mushrooms, and strategic planning. Students will complete a small independent research project to improve an aspect or area of the farm.
