Course Description

Come explore the intersection between agricultural methods and ecological impacts with a focus on permaculture design. Lectures will be supplemented with group discussion, observation, field trips, and occasionally getting our hands dirty. You'll develop familiarity with the methodologies of resilient and regenerative farming techniques and understand the foundations of permaculture principles. You will gain hands-on experience with design tools and land-use planning skills.
