Academics at Fairhaven

The students and faculty at Fairhaven College engage in learning through close working academic relationships. Students at Fairhaven College select from coursework offered at Fairhaven College or across the university each quarter to create their education. Additionally, students have the opportunity to design independent study projects in consultation with a faculty sponsor. Through an intentional interdisciplinary Core Curriculum , students engage in liberal arts foundational coursework which is further enhanced by elective courses.

Fairhaven College students pursue a variety of majors, including the Fairhaven College Interdisciplinary Concentration, the Law, Diversity & Justice Interdisciplinary Concentration emphasis, or a major from another WWU College or Department.
