Fairhaven College Alumni Association Leader Scholarship
The Fairhaven College Alumni Association Leader Scholarship recognizes outstanding students who demonstrate leadership experience (or potential) and actively participate in the Fairhaven Community. In addition, successful candidates will express interest in helping build more of a connection between the current Fairhaven Community and Fairhaven Alumni. 
 
Application Requirements
1. Write and submit an essay in which you explain to the committee i) your educational and academic interests,)  ii) how you have demonstrated (or will demonstrate) leadership outside of the classroom, and iii) your thoughts on how you might aid in strengthening the connection between the Fairhaven Community and Alumni.

Guidelines for Essay: Your essay should be between 500-750 words in length, double-spaced, using 12 point-font, and with 1-inch margins.

2. Arrange one letter of recommendation to be sent on your behalf. Copy and send this link to the people writing your letters of recommendation. https://fairhaven.wwu.edu/form/-fairhaven-college-letter-of-rec 

*Please make sure your letter writer for this application can speak to your (potential) leadership abilities and your capacity to lead while maintaining good academic standing.
